Our Conference Centers
Nestled next to the beaches and rolling hillsides of Los Angeles, our conference centers can accommodate up to 40 guests. Bel-Air Bay Club conference rooms are available in several sizes and all guests of our conference center are treated to exceptional views and plush comfort.
The Ravello Lounge is located in the back of the club and features large floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. It is a very versatile space complete with a full bar, private bathroom and its own entrance. Currently, the Ravello Lounge will seat up to 32 guests. After the upcoming renovation, the Ravello Lounge will be able to accommodate up to 80 guests. Our staff is on hand to take care of any setup, décor and catering services your conference may require.
The Board Room is ideal for smaller conferences and can accommodate up to 25 guests. With an adjacent terrace offering amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and west Los Angeles’ rolling hillsides, the Bel-Air Bay Club Board Room provides a classy and beautiful location for your next conference.
The Music Room is the largest of our conference centers and has the ability to hold conferences for up to 40 guests. The Music Room opens up to Bel-Air Bay Club’s charming courtyard and fountain on one side and has a balcony with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Bay on the other. Bel-Air Bay Club staff can decorate and cater your entire event if necessary.
