Situated in West Los Angeles, between the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and the rolling hills of west Los Angeles, the Bel-Air Bay Club has been a premier meeting location since its construction in 1927. Every meeting room has been individually designed with contemporary art and décor to bring out the inner beauty of the clubs unique heritage. Combined with spectacular views, fabulous dining and vintage wines (handpicked by our wine connoisseur) the Bel-Air Bay Club is an impressive location for your next meeting.
The Bel-Air Bay Club has a series of locations, both inside and outside, uniquely designed for business meetings and events. Outdoor meetings can be hosted on our terrace or lawn, which both overlook the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Bay. We can also hold outdoor meetings in our courtyard which is equipped with a beautiful fountain. On colder days or nights there are a series of heat lamps to keep you and your guests warm.
Our Meeting Rooms
Guests can choose from a number of different meeting rooms inside the Bel-Air Bay Club. Each room offers its own unique features and décor, adding a unique ambiance to your meeting.
The Dining Room at the Bel-Air Bay Club is one of the classiest meeting rooms in Los Angeles. Its high vaulted ceilings and elegant chandeliers make it fantastic choice for larger events. The Dining Room has a large fireplace and exquisite artwork on the walls which add unique character to this meeting room.
The Living Room of the Bel-Air Bay Club is stunning. Wood floors, comfortable furniture and plenty of natural lighting make this a favorite spot for many of our guests. Like the Dining Room, the Living Room also has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful fireplace. It is the perfect location for a winter or evening meetings. The Living Room can accommodate up to 350 people and can be setup to feature a scenic view of the ocean or to face a roaring fire in our fireplace.
Another popular Los Angeles meeting room is the Ravello Lounge. Equipped with a bar, televisions and a breathtaking view of the ocean, the Ravello Lounge is a great meeting location. Its cozy atmosphere and proximity to the water make it a perfect area to catch up with old friends and business partners. Guests can relax on couches, sit and talk around small tables or converse at the bar.
The Bel-Air Bay Club is a great place to have your next business meeting. Our unique location in west Los Angeles and our abundance of amenities provide an atmosphere that is seldom seen in Southern California. We have a number of large rooms for indoor receptions, parties or private concerts. All of our guests have the option of having their events fully decorated and catered by our staff. Our executive chef creates all our dishes from scratch, using a French flair in all his delicious, contemporary and classic plates.
