By focusing on California's rich culinary resources, Peter's unique catering menu offers guests an intimate, personalized, quality experience.
Chef Peter has created menus and established award-winning kitchens for a multitude of fine dining restaurants and AAA 5 Diamond resorts. His extensive background includes countless red carpet and premiere events for Hollywood's elite. Peter has experienced working with world-renowned Chefs from coast to coast, including Eric Ripert, Joel Roubuchon, Grant Achatz and Tesuya Wakuda.
Peter's talent has earned him countless award and guest Chef invitations across the globe. He has made television cooking appearances and has contributed as a Chef instructor for local culinary schools and the farmer's market community.
Chef Peter's cuisine captures his extensive background in travel and offers guests an array of world flavors. *Bel-Air Bay Club is exclusively reserved for one event at a time, with a food and beverage minimum guarantee and site fee required. As the Club is primarily reserved with the food and beverage minimum guarantee requirement, we do not work with any outside catering. As you are reserving the entire estate exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy, our location is meant for events with a minimum of 75 guests. Please note that rates do vary by day of the week and time of year.
