Every detail of your special occasion will be carefully mapped out in advance for you with care and precision. The day of the event, your on-site coordinator will be your go-to person to orchestrate and manage all the details so that you can just enjoy your special day. Should you choose to use your own coordinator as well, we will work with them to ensure everything runs smoothly. We look forward to hearing from you!

Chris has years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, specializing in directing sales and marketing teams in major markets including San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles. She has also managed a world-renowned live music venue in Hollywood, creating major on-premise and media events.
The goal for our Catering Department is to exceed all expectations with your experience at Bel-Air Bay Club, from our initial meeting through the execution on the day of your special event. Our friendly and imaginative team will work together with you to customize your experience to suit your unique vision for your occasion, and execute every detail with the precision and passion you deserve.

Carrie brings 10+ years of music industry experience to her tenure at Bel-Air Bay Club, with a focus on artist relations and marketing. She loves her role in Catering Sales for the Club, and is thrilled to have played a part in securing our location for many special celebrations from weddings to galas.

Guiding clients through the process of securing Bel-Air Bay Club for their special event with as much ease, personal care, shared trust, and a smile is what I am all about!

I enjoy cooking, attending concerts and walks at the beach with my husband and dogs.

Krissy comes to Bel-Air Bay Club with years of details coordination experience in the special event industry. Utilizing her extensive knowledge of event planning from both her career as a wedding coordinator, and as a venue details professional (Krissy has worked on countless events including weddings, galas, album release parties and film shoots), Krissy makes the details planning process with the Club a fun, informative, and turnkey experience.
What Krissy enjoys doing for you:
Working with clients to ensure that all of their special details, fun ideas, and creative thoughts are woven into their event plan, and making their event dreams a living, breathing reality.
What Krissy does for fun:
In my free time, I can certainly be found either running on the beach or traveling.

Christine brings over 8 years of wedding coordinating and planning experience along with a variety of knowledge in marketing and banquet service. She loves being the Special Events Coordinator and is always excited to execute detailed weddings and events that leaves the client satisfied beyond their expectations.
