Turn-key experience: Our helpful onsite special events coordinators are thrilled to assist in the customization of your unique floor plan, the planning of your food and beverage selections, and structuring your personalized event timeline.
Perfect fit: We offer unique floor plans based on your guest count. Our standard floor plan options range from 75 to 275 guests.

*Bel-Air Bay Club is exclusively reserved for one event at a time, with a food and beverage minimum guarantee and site fee required. As the Los Angeles wedding venue is primarily reserved with the food and beverage minimum guarantee requirement, we do not work with any outside catering.
**As you are reserving the entire estate exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy, our location is meant for events with a minimum of 75 guests.
***Please note that rates do vary by day of the week and time of year. Bel-Air Bay Club offers off-season food and beverage minimum guarantees and site fees mid-November through mid-March.
