rich culinary resources to their fullest, Chef Peter’s unique menus offer
guests an intimate and personalized quality experience with his own style of
contemporary cuisine. Chef Peter’s menus are full of his favorite French
techniques with Mediterranean and Asian flavors.
Chef Peter has created menus
and established award-winning kitchens for a multitude of fine dining
restaurants and AAA 5 Diamond resorts. His extensive background captures his
inspiration and passion for food, culture, and travel, offering guests an array
of world flavors.

As the Club is primarily reserved with the food and beverage minimum guarantee requirement, we do not work with any outside catering. As you are reserving the entire estate exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy, our location is meant for events with a minimum of 75 guests. Please note that rates do vary by day of the week and time of year.
