Chris has years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, specializing in directing sales and marketing teams in major markets including San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles. She has also managed a world-renowned live music venue in Hollywood, creating major on-premise and media events.
The goal for our Catering Department is to exceed all expectations with your experience at Bel-Air Bay Club, from our initial meeting through the execution on the day of your special event. Carrie brings 10+ years of music industry experience to her tenure at Bel-Air Bay Club, with a focus on artist relations and marketing. She loves her role in Catering Sales for the Club, and is thrilled to have played a part in securing our location for many special celebrations from weddings to galas.

Guiding clients through the process of securing Bel-Air Bay Club for their special event with as much ease, personal care, shared trust, and a smile is what I am all about!
What Carrie does for fun:
I enjoy cooking, attending concerts and walks at the beach with my husband and dogs.

Cuckie has been planning events for over 10 years. Her experience started in New York City where she worked in the fashion and advertising industries as well as in the nonprofit sector. Here in Los Angeles, Cuckie has worked in some of the top culinary venues, planning a variety of special events. She has a passion for all things event-related and it shines through when you are working alongside her.
What Cuckie enjoys doing for you:
As your planner, I will work closely with you on all aspects of your special event. From your initial vision to the final day-of elements, I will keep you organized and carry out the necessary components to create a successful and memorable event for you and your guests.

I love hosting social gatherings and dinner parties, meeting new people from all walks of life and trying new and exotic things.

Matthew has been managing a variety of events in cities such as Austin, Miami and San Francisco. He has been responsible for the precise execution of many celebrity events, but is most proud of the work he has done with large conventions in the corporate sphere. Matt strives to deliver the dream that every one of his clients has set out to accomplish.
What Matthew enjoys doing for you:
I am your contact person during your event. I enjoy making sure that every discussed detail is being carried out as specified. Working closely with the banquet and culinary teams so that we can deliver the best experience for you and your guests when here at Bel-Air Bay Club is something I not only enjoy, but take great pride in doing.
What Matthew does for fun:
Southern California has an amazing climate and I take every opportunity to be outdoors. I stay active with activities such as hiking, golfing and surfing.
